Our first Ironman® distance training plans are perfect for beginners, while our advanced full-distance triathlon plans are designed for seasoned competitors. 

Each plan includes swim sessions with simple but mighty technique tips from a professional coach with 12 years of experience where you will build your stroke, confidence and speed!

Whether you're training for your first Ironman or aiming to improve your performance, our structured plans will guide you every step of the way giving you motivation and consistency.

We use the TrainingPeaks platform for our plans so if you have a smartwatch with swimming, cycling and running functionality, every session, of every plan can be uploaded and followed live.

I’m a qualified triathlon coach with 12 years of experience, having coached everyone from complete beginners to Ironman age-group podium athletes. My coaching philosophy is centered on efficiency, ensuring no training time is wasted. I’m dedicated to helping athletes maximise their potential by focusing on smart, effective training.
