Our personalized training plans are crafted specifically for your event goals and lifestyle. Whether you're preparing for a triathlon, marathon or even both, we work around you, your schedule, including holidays and personal commitments, so you can hit your goals whilst having a plan that is designed specifically for you.
If you have multiple races leading up to your target event, we design your plan to prioritize your performance on race day. We carefully structure your training around your other races, using them as part of your overall strategy while keeping your key event in focus. Alongside this, we integrate the sports you enjoy—whether it’s swimming, cycling, or running—so your training remains enjoyable and well-rounded, all while working towards your main goal.
At just £10 / $13 USD per week with a one-time setup fee of £10 / $13 USD, you get an expertly designed and written training plan that’s as affordable as it is effective.
Every Session to Your Watch!
We use the TrainingPeaks platform for our plans so if you have a smartwatch with sport functionality, every session can be uploaded and followed live.
