Service Description

Learn how to train most effectively for your triathlons. Doors open at 7:00 PM, with a start time of 7:20 PM. The session will last around an hour, with time for questions at the end. Free coffee and biscuits will be provided. I will cover: How to get the most out of your swimming, cycling, and running, including techniques and fitness tips tailored to the distance you're aiming for. How to overcome common challenges faced during a triathlon journey and stay motivated. How to schedule your training to maintain balance, motivation, and proper recovery. This session will include insights from my own experiences, as well as those of the athletes I've coached. A Q&A will follow the talk, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions.
